What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time

Within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for shipping.

2. Delivery time

Romania: 5–10 business days

Shipping is handled by Cargus and FAN Courier

All delivery times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year’s, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium delivery. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.

The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu on our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

My tracking number isn’t working

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still doesn’t show any information after a few days, please contact customer service.
